- After 9 days, and a very suspicious situation which led to a trip to Strong Hospital for my FIL, they quit taking our calls or answering our questions.
- The staff has been kind and willing to work through concerns. Overall, they provide a safe environment and a nice facility with a feel of home. My only complaint would be the lack of activities for residents at my mom's level of care.
- Would have liked more staff interaction with residents, to spend time with those who are lonely or need some reassurance.
