- One employee, Gretchen, repeatedly changes the grocery shopping days and schedule without telling residents, which disrupts our plans for going out with family or getting food. She has also been extremely disrespectful to many residents.
- The food has also become inedible and everyone I know living there throws their lunches and dinners away.
- Everything was done in an effort to save money, and to do it quickly (not a great painting job) and it shows.
- Cheep appliances, TINY bathrooms, she wasn’t able to dispute the granite color and she choose and didn’t get the final say on it.
- She also has to walk to the other side of the complex to throw out her trash which is ridiculous!
